All negatives / slides will be brushed (we never use chemicals) clean
prior

scanning

Any defects* on the film images will not be repaired digitally unless specified

Any defects* on the film will appear on the scanned image

Only new Standard / Mini CD-R media is used, no diskettes allowed

Digital Retouching / Restoration service is available at rates indicated

All scanned images will not be and will never be archived in our
hard
disks

File format: raw format in TIFF (the most common cross-platform format) only
-
Any requests for compressive formats like JPG/GIF formats will
not
be
entertained

All printing on uncut, unmounted A4-size media w/o cropping
-
The owner(s) of the films and documents is responsible for content and quality of the image(s)

For images and documents that are deemed as "unsuitable", the owner(s) shall be advised

Rates specified are for self-collection only. Mailing can be pre-arranged at the owner's cost
-
All packages returned by mail will be on registered post, currently $2 (prepaid by the owner)

Films or/and documents (together with payment) can be sent to us by
mail,
must
be self-collected

Any package sent to us that do not enclose payment will not be processed
-
Packages that do not reach us are usually caused by insufficient
postage
paid

Collection and returning of the media by us can also be pre-arranged
at
cost
for transport, etc

All transactions are on cash or cheque and in Singapore Dollars
-
All cheques must be cleared first (this will cause delay) before commencement
-
Delivery / turnaround time is normally 2 to 4 working days after
receipt

cheque clearance
